We posted an application for employers to join the Make More program. We selected employers that offer well-paying jobs without a degree or experience required that are enthusiastic about training and developing entry-level employees.
The Make More program is a partnership, so we are in regular communication with each partner company.
All our partner companies are using the Make More application to make it easy for you to apply to multiple positions through one single application.
We chose Schoolinks because it is widely used by Central Ohio high schools so applicants are familiar with it and often already have an account. This makes it easy to use your Schoolinks login to view and complete the Make More application, or quickly create a new account if needed.
The Make More team will review your application and offer support as needed. Your application will be sent to the employer(s) you selected. You will hear from the employer if you are brought into the interview process, and the Make More team will follow up within 30 days if you are not.
After the Make More team sends your application to the employer, they will reach out to you with next steps if they are interested in your application. A phone interview is usually the next step, but each employer will have their own process.
